Mireille's chalet in Les Carroz d'Araches was too small to accommodate her entire tribe!
Through an extension and interior restructuring Chalet design was able to create the number of bedrooms and living space necessary.
Today the old family chalet has become a contemporary chalet of 200m² including 1 large cloakroom entrance, decompression airlock before accessing the living space of 70m², but also 5 bedrooms including 3 “ensuites”, 1 dormitory, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and 1 very large laundry room.

The Well-Deserved Rest

Gérard had a wooden chalet in Morillon but it was impossible to rent it as it was.
A good renovation, a rearrangement of the interior spaces and here is the ideal chalet to welcome new occupants in need of a vacation!

The jewel

Anne Sophie liked her chalet in Vieux Servoz but felt a little cramped there.
Without pushing the walls but by redesigning the space Chalet design has given new life to this little gem both respectful of what it was and proud of what it has become.

Living area: 115m²
Including a new pantry adjoining a beautiful kitchen, itself open to the living space via a bar. A small lounge has taken over an old cellar.
One floor between two receives the guest bedroom, the bathroom and the laundry.
While the top floor is transformed into a master bedroom in the form of a living room and mezzanine, all opened by large bay windows onto a balcony / direct view of Mont Blanc.

Chal et Louma

Emma and Fred dreamt of spending their retirement in the mountains, Emma of having a dog and long walks, Fred of cooking and cycling.
We built a cocoon around their dreams.
Today, they are amazed to wake up every morning in the middle of their dream and to be able to share it with their children and grandchildren.

The surface area of this dream house is 155m²
On the ground floor: an entrance, a toilet, a cloakroom (room for Paddy their dog), an ensuite bedroom, a large dining / living room surrounds a beautiful fireplace, and a large bright kitchen.
Upstairs: one ensuite master bedroom, a dormitory, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an open space which can be used as an office or a TV area with a sofa bed.

Rooms on a farm

Living on the first floor of an old farmhouse, Armelle and Olivier wanted to take over the ground floor.

The cellars then became the main entrance to their house, bedrooms and small apartments.
Once finished, it was with emotion that Armelle told me that she was no longer sure she wanted to rent "it's too beautiful, we'll keep it for our friends and family"

The recovered surface is 200m²
There is an entrance (with the development of an old press, nicknamed Carole's madness", a wine cellar, access to the floor with an office space, a T3, a T2, and a part kept as technical room and garden storage.

Atypical swimming pool

When Alex asked us for a pool, the location was obvious.
Its farm with a mazot allowed us to integrate a swimming pool like a basin around the small chalet.
With its view of the massif, this swimming pool is a haven of peace and rest.

Pool area 60m²
Swimming pool made by projection of sculpted concrete, the copings and the coating of the walls are in dry stones, the interior coating is marbled, the filtration and the venturi are integrated by bottom nozzles and by discharges in the walls for easy and maximum maintenance.

Home Sweet Home

Clément, Paule and their daughter were waiting for a happy event. It was absolutely necessary to renovate, insulate and restructure this small, too dark log chalet.
Children can now enjoy large, modern and bright spaces.

Area 130m²
Consisting of an entrance, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and above all a large living space (kitchen, dining room).
